She has a warm and empathetic approach and aims to create a safe and down-to-earth environment for her clients. She utilises evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs and preferences. Monica enjoys using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Monica is also a board-approved supervisor and currently has availability for supervision. <h4>Education</h4> <ul> <li>Master of Clinical Psychology</li> <li>Graduate Diploma in Psychology</li> <li>Bachelor of Science-Psychology</li> </ul> <h4>Experience</h4> Monica has experience working in both public and private settings. She currently works at Ramsay Health Care in Campbelltown, and St Luke the Physician Medical Centre in Raby, in addition to working here at The Mindful Corner. She has previously worked at other private practices and in the public health system providing individual and group therapy. She has experience running DBT groups and utilises this experience in her individual therapy.
