Monica is a highly qualified and experienced clinical psychologist who is passionate about working with people from all walks of life. She has a warm and empathetic approach and aims to create a safe and down-to-earth environment for her clients. She utilises evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences. Monica enjoys using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Monica is also a board-approved supervisor and currently has availability for supervision.

Experience

Monica has experience working in both public and private settings. She currently works at Ramsay Health Care in Campbelltown, and St Luke the Physician Medical Centre in Raby, in addition to working here at The Mindful Corner. She has previously worked at other private practices and in the public health system providing individual and group therapy. She has experience running DBT groups and utilises this experience in her individual therapy. She has also worked in the Gambling Treatment and Research Clinic at University of Sydney.
